Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation is the latest game in the Ace Combat series, following the fictional war raging on the Anean continent between the Federal Republic of Estovakia and the Republic of Emmeria. If you're not into metal at all, then let me tell you that Blind Guardian is a notorious German heavy metal band, often credited as one of the most influential bands in the power metal and speed metal subgenres. Their lyrics usually revolve around the themes found in the writings belonging to Tolkien, King, or Moorcock, as well as traditional legends and epics, so it's no wonder they have been chosen to support Sacred 2: Fallen Angel at Comic Con 2008!

I am already dreaming about Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, but the problem is that we'll have to wait until September, when the PC version will come out. Unfortunately, console owners will have to wait a little this time, because their versions will only show up in November.

Usually, bad movies don't turn into good games, and good movies are not enough to make good games based on them, either. Anyway, they are going in for no less than 3 titles this time, as we're going to see right away...

Today, Paramount Digital Entertainment and Legacy Interactive announced the development of videogames based the following movies: Mean Girls, Pretty in Pink, and Clueless. As usual, there's nothing much to say about this kind of games prior to their release, so let's see the official statement, shall we?

"Legacy Interactive’s vision for these fan favorite films is one that seamlessly takes each story into the gaming world,"<-125x125 Button - right-> says Ariella Lehrer, President and CEO of Legacy Interactive, also adding that "Our goal in collaborating with Paramount Digital Entertainment is to create games that longtime fans of the films will appreciate, but also games that challenge and entertain the casual gamer."

In Clueless, the player will take Cher's role and try to find the perfect boyfriends for her buddies, while Mean Girls allows you to try put the "terrible 'Plastic clique'" to an end. At last, Pretty in Pink mixes everything with a "variety of fun and challenging visual puzzles."

For now, there's no info regarding the release date for any of these titles, should we should wait and see what happens, but if you ask me, if it's not a SF or war movie, I would rather see the movie, and just that.
