GTA 4 PC Official!?!

GTA 4 on PC!!? Are you kidding me? Without fear of saying something wrong, GTA 4 is currently expected by millions of PC gamers that didn't manage to get a console yet, and I am one of them. Fortunately, I got my geek next door with any console you can think of, and any time I need a round of GTA 4, I get two or three beer packs, and we're all set! When we're not drinking beer, he's usually messing with the game files, and I take notes. If you missed my notes so far, then you'd better turn back and get a taste of my GTA San Andreas cheats for PS2 or, if you got the latest installment of the Grand Theft Auto franchise already, some GTA 4 cheats, general tips and tricks, information about the characters in GTA 4, as well as a lot of information about GTA 4 vehicles. These being said, let's move on to the topic...

...GTA 4 on PC!!! Obviously, this may be a mistake, but such mistakes don't simply happen, and then disappear, as it happened with the ESRB rating for GTA 4. What about it? Well, the story is this - <-125x125 Button - right->earlier this week, ESRB had GTA 4 listed with "Windows PC" written down in the "Platforms" section. Since a lot of screenshots of that have been published already, I won't do that - it's enough to say that now, the only platforms listed are Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Unfortunately, Rockstar is still quiet, and while even the latest Malaysian edition of PC Gamer suggests that GTA 4 will arrive on our PCs, nothing is certain. I don't know about you, but I am growing more anxious with each day. After all, PS3 and Xbox 360 gamers will celebrate no less than 3 months of GTA 4...so what about the rest of us? Hey, Rockstar, can't you hear our cries?

Avatar Opening

Also known as    Avatar: The Legend of Aang in several countries, Avatar: The Last Airbender is an Emmy-awarded American animated TV series created by Michael Dante DiMartino, Bryan Konietzko and written by a large team, including the two creators, John O'Bryan, and Nick Malis. The interesting part is that this American production is set in an Asian-influenced world, as we all have seen at least once in one of those many Manga series - you get a lot of martial arts and elemental manipulation, all action being channeled towards the goal of saving the world, of course. In our case, it's Aang and his friends, trying to defeat the Fire Nation, but if we leave the animated series behind, there's something even more interesting - a game based on the series, currently in the making...

At the end of the week, Nickelodeon announced the Avatar opening the MMORPG world to the TV series fans. To be more precise, we're talking about Avatar: Legends of the Arena, a completely new MMORPG game expected to act as a prequel to the Avatar: The Last Airbender TV series.<-125x125 Button - right->

According to Jason Root, Nickelodeon's Senior Vice President, "The launch of this multiplayer online game gives Avatar fans the opportunity to immerse themselves in the storylines during and beyond its tenure on-air. This property has always had a deep online connection with its audience and the game offers a natural extension of the franchise to keep fans engaged with the property indefinitely."

Currently, the game is still in the Beta stage, which is being revealed at Comic-Con 2008. While the final version will be available on AvatarLegends, for now this is just an empty domain, so we have no accurate details, and now precise release date, but only the promise of an Avatar opening into the MMORPG chess game, if I can call it this way...
