Are you looking for that perfect simple game to keep you entertained in the small coffee breaks or maybe on your way to work or from work after a long day? On September 18, 2009, seller Robert Szeleney released the first version of "Rope'n'Fly 2", the successor of the "Rope'n'Fly" which had to be discontinued due to legal issues regarding the characters appearance. Even so, this might not be a bad thing since the sequel is pretty good, maybe even better than the original game. Even more, if you chose to buy this game within the first available version you should rest assured that the next versions will be added as free updates.

The 1.0 version is now for sale on App Store for only $0.99 price tag. This game is developed for both iPod touch and iPhone running the second or third generation operating system for the iPhone mobile platform. The game play is quite simple, you just have to use the ropes to swing from one building to another (spider-man anyone?). The main purpose is to do that as long as you can without falling. The graphics are simple, but fluid not needing the most advanced processors from the latest iPhone 3GS or iPod touch 3rd generation. In the graphic department I should also remind the ragdoll effect of your character, the "3D" buildings which don't look like 3D elements but the depth added makes them 3D, real time changing weather, new game models, and new buildings.

The controls are not necessary intuitive but they are easy to use once you get the bigger picture. Just on a tower to throw your rope, the second touch will release the restrain, and you should be able to use the acceleration to simply fly, and when you are close enough to the next building just touch on it to through your rope onto it. To offer a complete package, the developer added some nice sound effects. But in case you might want to listen to something else you should know the game enables the possibility of listening to your own playlists. Play as much as you can to obtain unlock able achievements. Even more, this game features the Open Feint integration, and the multi user support.

Believe it or not, "Rope'n'Fly 2" developer has two versions submitted to Apple. Until now neither the 1.0.1 nor the 1.1 was released on the App Store. The first version, 1.0.1, improves the sound settings, and improves several issues and user interface. The next version, that should be released until October 30, 2009, will bring a new game play mode, with the first released city, Vienna. Overall, "Rope'n'Fly 2" delivers a fun, stress free game for a small price tag of $0.99. This game is either lovable or hate able, and the only one's opinion that matters is the potential buyer's opinion.

Most Fun Free Games

On February 04, 2009, seller John Kooistra released the latest version of "Blue Attack!" one of the best dual stick shooter games available. You can find "Blue Attack!" on App Store under the Games category with the latest available version, 1.1, downloadable for $1.99 price tag. This game is compatible not only with iPhone but also with iPod touch running the second or third generation operating system for the iPhone mobile platform. The game's title is quiet straight forward. Your goal is to attack the Red planet.

The war between the Blue planet and Red planet seems to last forever. Your mission is not only to attack Red planet, but also to win the war, by building your armada. In order to create as much units as you can, you must collect the Red's ship wrecks and rebuild them into Blue units. The story line is simple but catchy, while the game play is really fun, improving the game experience to the max. However, the graphics are not a work of art, but it will do, since it brings up a unique vibe while playing the game. Even more, it is better that this game has simpler graphics, since it makes easier to play it on the first and second generation of iPod touch and iPhone 3G.

Also, the graphics work smoothly and the image rendition is above average. To complete the user experience, the developer included excellent sound effects, and a semi soundtrack. Even with all the music features embedded, you can choose to listen to your own playlists in case you would like to. By adding to all this equation the high replay ability feature, you get the excellent user package. Your ships are fully customizable, not only in design but mostly within the weapon department and the capabilities department.

Also, play until you will get the highest game score possible and record it into the Global high score feature. Also, you don't need to worry about getting a call while playing since "Blue Attack!" will auto save in time, before the in-call will end the game. Hopefully, this mistake of lacking the iPod touch and iPhone of multitasking will be corrected in the future with a proper 4.0 operating system. The controls are also excellent.

You can either touch to control or tilt your ships. All the controls are intuitive. A somewhat bad element is the oversized icons on both left and right side of the display. Otherwise, you won't get any reason to complain, just touch the screen in any place you want to send your ships, use the action icons to either shoot, or lock, or launch missiles. With the "Blue Attacks!" you are getting into a different world, where the black is only compensated by red color and blue color.

Fight with the blue color for the supremacy in the solar system. This game will provide sufficient action, combined with fun and will help you relax and not stress yourself with the complicated action. Overall, "Blue Attacks!" is an excellent game, which not only worth the $1.99 price tag, but also worth your time when playing it.

Therefore your game goal is to survive your night shift with all the zombies out there, by creating new pizza and making the special orders you will get. The game play is quite nice, it involves time, score and good managing skills (yes you do need managing skills when you make pizza for zombie, don't let your boss tell you otherwise). So, you get to make money, win medals, make great score, and include your entry score into the online database. While feeding your zombie customers remember to make it fast, since, you know, they have temper, with the zombie rage meter always going up and never down. If the zombie rage meter reaches the top, you're done; you will become the next zombie meal. Also in the "story" line is included the chef, which is teaching you how to make everything by the book, recipe book that is.

Other games, such as tower defense games include weapons and weapons upgrade, "Zombie Pizza" includes ingredient, more and more disgusting ingredients such as hearts, guts, bones, eyeballs and other yummy ingredients for the zombies.

The graphics are nice, since where talking about a puzzle game you will not get any graphics animation sequence, but even so the graphics are nice. The sound effects really complete the game experience especially because it allows the user to turn them off and listen to his or hers playlists.
