Bill Gates Is Proud Of Xbox

Microsoft Xbox 360 In a recent interview by BBC, Bill Gates mentioned that he thinks that the Xbox console is much better than the others. At CES 2008, Xbox consoles were presented as well and given the known history of the "fragile" console, the BBC asked him what is Microsoft doing in order to make the future Xbox consoles more reliable than the ones we have seen so far. Bill's reply was: "We certainly had to apologize to our users about a number of boxes that had to be replaced.(...) "We did that for free for all those people; we've gotten a lot of positive feedback about the way we handled it. We've got incredible reliability on the new work that we’ve done, so our commitment is that it will be the most reliable video game box out there."(...)"People really love the Xbox because of the content, but we've got to make sure that the hardware never stands in the way of that." I really "like it" when the big boss doesn't know how the employees handle the customers. On a side note, the console in terms of gaming experience, putting aside the faults, it's quite comparable to other consoles, each of them having their share of advantages and weak spots. Of course Bill Gates will say something at least favourable about one of the products of his company, so why ask such questions in the first place?
