On September 21, 2009, Sony Pictures Television under the Columbia Pictures Industries Inc umbrella, released "iZombieland" a games used as a market publicity element for the movie "Zombieland" due to be released (depending on locations) from October 02, 2009. "Zombieland" is a great zombie comedy horror distributed by Columbia Pictures. You can find the game, "iZombieland" on App Store with the current version, 0.15.12, at an asking price of $3.99. "iZombieland" is compatible with both iPod touch and iPhone running the second and third generation of operating software for the iPhone mobile platform.

This game successfully includes the story line from the movie, which renders a post apocalyptic world.  The movies include several characters, Columbus, a college student trying to get home to see if his family survived, Wichita and Little Rock, and the character that was included into the game, Tallahassee.

In the movie Tallahassee has one only goal, to find the last Twinkie, while in the game the character is a heroic killing artist. By the way if you were wondering what Tallahassee has to kill in the post apocalyptic world, the answer is quite simple, zombies. The game play is quite straight forward. As Tallahassee you must survive as much as you can, counting the days, using all weapons you can get and continuously combining the attack combos in order to kill all the zombies you fight.

However, zombies are not exactly as stupid as they look. Therefore, don't stick with only one combo attack, combine the controls and deliver a great assassin to clean this infested world. You can train your character to perform headshots, learn special moves, and learn to use combos. Also, use health packs in order to survive longer. Also, you have to manually reload making the game even more real. The graphics are extraordinary, not just the smooth movement makes all the experience great, but also the blood on the walls or floor making the game even more movies like.


To complete the package Sony Pictures Television included in this game excellent sounds in direct relation with the graphics. Also, it enabled the possibility to listen to your own music library when playing the game, making the game experience not unique, but excellent. In terms of environment you can easily understand that this game sticks to the movie as much as it can.

You get the roller coaster found in the movies, and you can even make Tallahassee to climb ladders, enter buildings and other actions, such as collecting ammo. In terms of controls, the game is intuitive and obvious. You get six tap buttons, right weapon, left weapon, right and left kick, and right or left movement. Centered by this tap controls you get the weapons display and the ammunition remaining.

You get so many weapons you will probably get confused, dual pistols (very Tomb Raider like), shotgun, double barreled shotgun, sledgehammer and others. Beside the direct game play you get another seven mini games with the only mission to stay alive as long as you can. "iZombieland" is probably one of the best new games found on App Store.

If you enjoy killing zombies and want excellent graphics with great details then you probably will love this game. Is catchy, provides a good link with the movie (which by the way got good reviews) and keeps you entertained as long as you want to kill zombies.

Therefore, you can easily consider it a relaxing game for a quiet evening. You can use "Swakker Doodle" to communicate with your friends and family, in close range, or on the opposite side of the world. You can draw whatever you fell like and share it instantly with anyone.

This application is just great. It's a way for you to explain what you mean without writing or speaking. Just draw a picture and let your friends see what is going on in your life. "Swakker Doodle" will also enable different games between you and your friends, like tic tac toe or hangman. If you used "passing notes" when you were young, then please do understand that this is the modern, yet simple, conversation between friends. On September 17, 2009, Lima Sky LLC released "Doodle Jump - Be Warned: Insanely Addictive!" one of the top arcade games for iPod touch and iPhone running the second or third operating system for iPhone mobile platform. "Doodle Jump" was the most downloaded arcade game in five countries in only eight months (on a monthly calendar: United States, France, Austria, Germany, and Spain). Because this is a nice, funny game it has to provide good social networking for you to brag about your score. Therefore, "Doodle Jump - Be Warned: Insanely Addictive!" provides you the possibility to tweet your score. Believe it or not, this game is really addictive, probably because of its simple graphics and nice adventures (if you even can the game play "adventure").

However, "Doodle Jump" feels like a mini (or micro if you like this measurement more) game. Lima Sky simplified all the sophisticated features a game must have until the core. By doing so, you get a funny and simple addictive arcade game. The game play is pretty straight forward, respecting the casual game genre. Your missions is to control the Doodle, and to help it go as far as it can (up, down, jump, tilt, avoid black holes, and enemies) without getting the Doodle "terminated". The Doodle is a four legged "creature" who must jump on and off a series of platforms (consider them plates) in order to continue its journey.

The graphics are, well, simple, but that is the whole point. Simple graphics, for funny games, in order for you to relax at work, at school, on the go, or maybe in the comfort of your own bed. The animation, however, is quite good and provides a good user experience. You don't really get quality sounds, and it is needless to say, you don't get soundtrack. However you can easily listen while playing to your own playlists form your iPod touch or iPod function found on your iPhone.

The controls are intuitive, by just using all the features your touch screen provides, tilt to move right, or tilt to move left, and when you need to shoot just tap the touch screen of your iPod touch and iPhone. You can also equip the Doodle with a jetpack in order to improve its speed over s limited time period. During the game the Doodle will encounter several types of platforms such as moveable platforms, exploding platforms, broken platforms, and also disappearing platforms. You get three obstacles to defeat or avoid. The first category, monsters, provides with five different types of monsters (you have to shoot them). Black holes will appear in the game play (you will need to avoid these black holes).

The last category, UFOs are quite dangerous. Whatever you do, just don't jump under them, because these UFOs will abduct you and eventually and the game. Another nice feature in the combat mode is that you can jump on top the monsters to destroy them just like in Mario franchise. On the top left side of the display you will find your score while on the right top side the number of life remaining. This score will be included in your game's database, and will allow you to export them online, either on Twitter or Facebook. Also, you can challenge anybody to a competition using these online social networks accounts. Overall, "Doodle Jump - Be Warned: Insanely Addictive!" is a fun game, with a funny action and nice features. You can find it on App Store for only $0.99 price tag.
