Rusty Hearts is a kind of an arcade game where you can block, jump and grab some stuff. You may find this game very simple by seeing its layout but in reality there are a lot of things to do in this game.

In Rusty Heart, there are 3 characters to play and all of them are non customizable and locked. Each character can have two different types of weapons. Like for example Angela has sword in the beginning and after completion of 10th stage she can switch to other weapon or can stick to the former one. Your enemy also changes depending upon the type of weapon you use. After successful completion of 20th level, you will get a chance to reset one of your skills. You will find this game very easy to play and you don’t have to even wait for your friends to play this game as you can start on your own or can invite players through the party window.

Rusty Heart has 4 difficulty levels that are Normal, Hard, Very Hard and Bloody. In order to unlock Hard Mode you have to finish one dungeon in Normal Mode. At every level you will get keys that will be needed to unlock Bloody level so don’t waste your keys at lower levels. Rusty Hearts game is quite easy to play and if you want, you can finish this game on your own and can win the bosses of every dungeon in the final mode. After reaching 25+ higher level, it will become quite difficult for you to play further and you will need a team. Once you have achieved access to the other side of the town, game gets more interesting and challenging and you may find bonus at the end of each dungeons but only if you are lucky. This game provides room to every single player that they can customize later according to them. You will also get one Guild House and you have to add members to your team in order to upgrade your guild. You may find this game small but once you start progressing in the game, you will unlock large areas of this city.

If we take a look at the controls, you will get to know that most of the time you have to use keyboard. Spacebar to jump, Z key to block, X for normal attack and 1 to 6 for food. Mouse will be used but only for selling items, upgrading weapons and crafting etc. I would suggest you to play this game using your keyboard rather than game controller.

Rusty Reviews has the best customizable graphics. Its resolution may go as high as 1920 x 1080 and this game is compatible to low and high configuration computers. If you have higher configuration computer, you can turn on the settings to ultra high and can have a blast with this game.

Final Fantasy XIV, a New MMO RPG

Final Fantasy as it was said from the beginning of its release, wasn’t planned to last since it did have the shape of an idea instead of a series. Hironobu Sakaguchi the head of a back then small company hardly believes that the RPG has reached to the stage that turned the company into an international powerhouse. Almost twenty years ago Nintendo Famicon has appeared with a new console that set up the birth of this field on the market. Adventure games and RPG started to infiltrate into the Japanese systems and quite soon they would cast the arcade shooters into the shadow.

At that time Sakaguchi , with his distinctive, sophisticated art style, came up with a fantasy epic game which followed the soil that other RPGs have stepped before. But yet the genre wasn’t too spread, but competition started to heat up. When Final Fantasy was released, it was the time of SEGA’s Phantasy Star and Dragon Quest III, both of them classic games and rivals as well. Final Fantasy, through its emerging on the market, was the cementing element between Square comp and Nintendo, which in the end would push them further to the international success.

It took Nintendo three long years to finally reach the American kids, having all the time in front the leading teams formed by Phantasy Star and Dragon Quest. With Matsuno’s taking total control a seamless combat was integrated into the field displaying a real-time action and strategy this feature bringing the biggest change to the gameplay that the series had ever experienced. Due to his overworking program Matsuno retired into a supervising duty, meanwhile other members were promoted to replace him. These reasons have determined the Final Fantasy XII to be released in delay, but the producers’ efforts earned the respect of critics, being awarded with a 9 out of 10. This happened in 2006, and in this year’s EA Square announced Final Fantasy XIV, a new MMO RPG that follows the story from where FFXI has left it.

It is a branch of Ntreev Soft, and currently publishes the animated MMORPG Trickster Online Revolution, Grand Chase and Pangya. Due to customers’ increased demands, Ntreeve has announced the opening of new servers for Grand Chase and Pangya – the two popular MMO titles. Chris Lee, CEO at Ntreev said that these new servers needed to be opened as a testimony that both titles continue to incite and mostly to prove that the company takes all the time the effort to provide new content for the players. Adding Jin, a playable character for Grand Chase, and a new patch for Pangya, they hope to endure joy and excitement for the players while checking all the new gameplay elements.

The Jin character has been introduced since last week, and he possesses special attributes for fighting and attacking, these ones helping him in the chase to look for Luther, the leader of the Silver Knights. He also has some other special skills that make his moves to appear more improved and agile.

The new patch released in Pangya includes special items and the limited time “Pang Ramyon” that can be acquired using Chrono Points; the 25 points are earned for every 10 minutes of playing. Next to these releases, Season 4 content will follow, incorporating Self-Design feature that enables the players to customize characters’ outfits.

“Grand Chase” is an online action fighter that is set in an atmosphere of a medieval fantasy world. The game offers 14 locations where players can choose one of the 8 available characters. Best Free Online MMORPG – Part IV

Today, our trip through the free online MMORPG land will end. Cry now, and be happy later. Why? Well, it’s quite easy to figure out that we’re trying to find the answer to a question without one. I said it before, and I say it again – there’s no such thing as “best free online MMORPG,” because the answer changes as time goes by, and sometimes it changes for the same gamer, as his demands evolve.

As I also previously mentioned, we won’t get to cover all possible games you can play for free, and that’s for two reasons. First and foremost, it’s because some of them are not worth being mentioned here, some being pretty bad, and others, targeted towards a small audience(like Navy Field or Aces High, for example). Second, there are too many, and since things are changing pretty fast, keeping such a list updated would require a huge amount of time spent on simply checking out if what I wrote a month ago is still true…

These being said, let’s light the fires and spin the tires, shall we?

1. Runes of Magic is considered by many to be a World of Warcraft clone, but even if this would be true, the best part of it all is that you get the game client as a free download, without any monthly subscription fee to pay, because the game service is funded with the help of real money transactions (RMT) via the Runes of Magic Item Shop.

In this game, there are six character classes, and all action is taking place in the fantasy world of Taborea. Currently, there are about 500,000 active accounts in Runes of Magic, so you can’t go wrong with this one, especially since it also looks pretty good, and most people who at least tried it have a good opinion about the gaming experience they had.

2. Second Life is as notorious as possible, and I won’t say anything else about it. Just… give it a try, if you’re in the mood to escape into an alternate reality where things aren’t that different as it happens with WoW and other fantasy-style online games.

3. Shaiya is a game coming from Aeria Games, and I won’t tell you anything else about it. Give it a try, it’s worth it!

4. Silkroad Online is set in the 7th century AD, along the Silk Road between China and Europe, and it got a rating of 8.4 from GameSpot back in 2005.

With a three-way player versus player system, berserker mode, and very well done character customization features, Silkroad Online has some problems when it comes to quests and storyline, but since it’s completely free to play… why not give it a try? If you’re really into spending some cash for the game you like, there are also premium items available, so…

5. Coming from Germany, Travian is a great browser-based game, but it’s not quite a MMORPG. A city building, military RTS that can be enjoyed on every platform you can think of, as long as it can connect to the Internet, Travian is quite addictive, and pretty fun.

The only problem I see with Travian – as a former player – is that you have to be there on a daily basis to take care of sending troops, building stuff, and so on. In the beginning, it seems a few minutes per day are enough, but as you move on… you discover that the reality is quite different.

6. At last, we have Twelve Sky, another one coming from Aeria Games. This is another MMORPG that you must try, but if you’re running Windows Vista, be sure to disable UAC before installing it and running the client… if you missed doing it already, of course.

This, my friends, is the end. On the other hand, I hope this little story in four parts opened your eyes and managed to show you that there’s no really such a thing as “best free online MMORPG,” but only a bunch of games you should try and decide for yourself which one’s better!

Blizzard’s Next MMORPG

Still dreaming about Blizzard’s next MMORPG? Well, I think you should start playing World of Warcraft and forget about dreams! Why this? Well, for a lot of people, WoW is better than Heaven, and – despite the fact that I disagree with that one – they won’t grow tired of it anytime soon. Fortunately, the guys from Blizzard are working on something completely different…

… and I say “fortunately” because I think MMORPGS should be more like Age of Conan when it comes to graphics. Don’t jump to grab my throat, this is just my opinion. Feel free to drop a comment below, if you think otherwise, but let’s leave the “WoW vs. others” fight and take a look at what we know about Blizzard’s next MMORPG, shall we?

Unfortunately, this isn’t such a big story, but it’s almost official. Why put it this way? Well, it’s coming from the WoW community manager, it’s on one of the official Blizzard forums, but it’s not a press release…

OK, so here’s the little big story – according to Zarhym, the new Blizzard MMORPG will be a “brand new franchise.” In the same post, it is also detailed that “the lore, art, and game play are being developed entirely from scratch. It’s an overwhelming process, but a process through which we excel. Our track record supports this.”

Unfortunately, since the same source described Blizzard’s next MMORPG as “a shell of a game,” probably they only have some rough sketches and a few stories to bring together in the future. I don’t know about you, but I would be happy to see at least some concept art work at this stage… just to be sure they’ll come up with a completely different game than WoW.

I don’t know why, but I feel this would be their best choice. What do you think – another WoW, or maybe a whole different concept(a WW2 MMORPG would really be awesome!)?

Lord Of The Rings Online For Xbox

I find it really incredible that I can still get to know people below 30 who didn’t manage to see the Lord Of The Rings trilogy. If they would hate this kind of movie, I would understand it, maybe… but I am talking about people who say they really are into fantasy movies, and this makes it even more interesting. On the other hand, I also missed a bunch of awesome movies, and I keep saying “I gotta see that one” without doing anything special, but…

… I must confess something: I never played a Lord Of The Rings game! The reason? Well, I saw one a few years back, and I thought it was only a Wacraft 3 clone, and since I liked the movies too much, I managed to keep the distance so far.

Currently available only for Microsoft Windows computers, LOTRO should arrive on the Xbox 360 in the not-so-distant future. The reason should be obvious – leaving aside my dusty opinion related to a completely different LOTR game, LOTRO got a whole bunch of positive reviews, grabbing 87% on GameRankings, and 86% on Metacritic.

While there’s no official info regarding the Lord Of The Rings Online for Xbox 360, a recent marketing survey centered around a Xbox 360 version of the game has shown that everything is just a matter of time now. The monthly subscription rates will probably be around $12-$16, but since the title will be the second MMO for the Xbox 360, after Final Fantasy XI, I am sure it’s going to attract a lot of followers.

If you’re wondering about the date… most people expect it to drop at E3, but I wouldn’t bet on that. Anyway, E3 2009 will surely be the place to see some official statements about Lord Of The Rings Online for Xbox.

Best Free Online MMORPG – Part III

A few days passed since we talked about the best free online MMORPG, but I am sure you haven’t forgotten our little quest here. After all, we’re not trying to push any game forward as a winner, as it usually happens in “best of” rankings you get to see here and there all over the online realm. The only winner is you, the one reading these lines, because discovering a whole bunch of games that are also free to play will make you a wiser gamer. True or not true?

Good, so we got through the first part of the alphabet, and now we are facing the candidates starting with the letter “G,” but this doesn’t mean we can’t turn back, if needed. It all depends on what pops up until we get to the end of the story… and what I may remember. After all, we’re all humans, and forgetting stuff is a human thing.

To be honest, I have no idea how many games we’ll manage to point out today, but let’s stop talking and start walking, shall we? The realm of the best free online MMORPG is waiting for us to step in once again!

1. Guild Wars is one of the best choices for MMORPG freaks on a budget. Its major advantage is that you only need to buy the stand alone episodes as they come out, and you’ll be able to play the game for free. Compared to games like WoW or Eve Online, this is clearly better… at least to your budget, of course.

So far, Guild Wars got three stand-alone episodes and one expansion pack, and Guild Wars 2 is on the way. Last month, NCSoft announced that over 6 million units have been sold, and while Guild Wars 2 has been in the works for over 2 years now, there’s nothing sure about its release date/features.

One last thing to say about this game – it may not have a free trial version available, but it’s surely worth a try!

2. Hello Kitty Online is a game that’s still in Beta stage, but I am sure it will get a lot of followers once it goes public. Why? Heh, the name should say it all! If it doesn’t, then move to the next item in the list, all right?

Anyway, the idea behind Hello Kitty Online is to provide gamers with a chance to help Hello Kitty and friends to wake up and defeat some dark evil force. Nothing out of ordinary, but it is worth mentioning that HKO will focus more on interaction and resource gathering, while being completely free to play.

3. Lunia is one of those games that seem stuck in Beta stage, but please don’t get me wrong – they only seem to be stuck, because they get regular updates, and – in most cases – are better than various “final” releases.

This time, we’re talking about a special MMORPG, one that gives you the freedom to move around using the arrow keys or a gamepad, instead of your mouse. Even attacks are being launched using various key combinations, and I am sure thousands of pointing devices are thankful for that.

PvP arenas allow 1 on 1 up to 8 on 8 combat, but this is not all of it – you can enjoy RPG and action elements alone, or side by side with your friends. There are 99 levels to go for each character, so… I guess this should be enough to make it worth a try, don’t you think?

4. Monster Farm Online is(was, actually) only available in Japanese, currently being closed, but will reopen in November, according to the official site. What will become available then is surely a Beta version, so enjoying it for free won’t hurt anyone. Maybe not quite a worthy candidate for the best free online MMORPG crown, but a quick one to try… if you can handle Japanese language!

5. MU Online is one of the most notorious games amongst those waiting for Diablo 3 to come out, or at least that’s how I see it. The game looks good, and it’s quite entertaining, but I hate it. Don’t ask me why, I just hate it after watching countless hours others play it, and not playing at least a minute by myself.

Released back in 2003, it still has a solid fan base, and since it’s completely free to download and play, you should definitely give it a try!

6. RuneScape is the current king of the hill, with over 8.5 million active accounts and holding a Guinness World Record – most popular free MMORPG. That’s it, any other words are pointless at this time!

These being said, I conclude third episode of our quest, but get ready for the fourth and, probably, last one. When? In a few days… just be sure not to miss it!
