But not all of them are like this, and you can also find on the internet a lot of serious games that require concentration and a little bit of intelligence. And these are the puzzle games. The controls for this games are very simple and usually you have to use only the mouse. You must click on different objects on the screen to trigger all sort of actions. But you won’t just have to randomly click on things, you will have to think first and see which is the best option.

There are many of them on the internet, and today we are going to discuss about some puzzle games where you have to make a square. Well even though the site is for kids games, this one can also be played by an adult because it can be quite tricky. Your goal in this game is to make more small squares than the computer.

You have to click on adjacent dots and connect them with a line. You will alternate turns with the computer, and your lines will be red, and the lines made by the computer will be blue. So just make one line at a time, until you spot three adjacent lines, and then all you have to do is make the forth one and complete the square. And after that you will get another turn. But be very careful where you place the lines! If there are 2 lines already, and you make the third one, the computer will spot this and it will complete the square instead of you. The game ends when all the board is filled with squares, and then you will see the score and find out who is the winner. After completing the board, just press the “reset” button to start a new game.

This game is quite simple and it is  mostly for kids. You will have in front of you a red square, with red dots in it, and 4 shapes of different types. All you have to do is match those shapes and place them inside the square, to fill it up. Just drag and drop the shapes and place them on the screen until you complete the square. And after that nothing will happen, and if you want to play it again with other shapes, you must press the “begin” button. In this game you must help the Ink Blots get through the levels by drawing bridges, ramps and also caging enemies. The Blots are some small creatures that are made out of ink, and they are forming from the ink that is dropping. They are not so smart, and they never look where they are going, so they will easily fall or get hurt. Your objective is to guide them safely to the end flags from each level by using your special drawing powers.

Just hold the mouse button and drag it across the screen to draw lines, and make path for the little creatures. Whether the line is going up or down, the Blots will follow the exact path showed  by your lines. So you will have to draw lines to make the Blots avoid obstacles, pits or slopes. If you want to block a Blot, and make him turn the other way around, simply draw a vertical line…and once he touches it he will turn back. But you can’t draw as much as you want, because you have just a limited amount of ink.

You will see how much ink you have left in the white bar at the top of the screen, so use it wisely. The lines that you draw will disappear after some time, and the ink bar will refill. So watch out when a line is disappearing and make sure that the Blobs  are always safe. Move the cursor to the edge of the screen, to see the whole level, and this way you can always keep an eye on the creatures. On the flag from the end of the level you will see a number, and this shows how many Blots you still have to bring to complete the level.

If you get that number of Blots to the end, the level will end automatically. And you can also use the “end” button to kill all the creatures left that you can’t get to the flag. This game can be quite fun to play and challenging but also a little difficult because the ink will disappear quite soon, and you will have to move and act really fast.
