G-Force, a new experience in the game fields
The Eurocom developer studios in Derby that produced the G-Force movie hosted the preview of the embodiment of the spirit of a G-Force guinea pig translated into a 3D game. The fun combats combined with clever puzzles and rewarding experiences turn the game into a good fellowship with the blockbuster movie.

The main character is represented by a guinea pig which is known to be in real life an oversized rat that lives in its own filth, whereas in the game it is equipped with high-tech weaponry with jetpacks wrapped around its furry back. The game presents a community of such ‘rats’ which have the fate of the planet on their paws and one has to be grateful that it happens only in the game. But next to this, the G-Force is displaying a lot of fun with an exciting experience in being engaged in combats, and well-created puzzles.
The duration of the game is about 10 hours and you can play as the character called Darwin, who is the G-Force leader caught in an action combined with a big amount of story, while being carried in a constant back-an-forth moves that are supposed to point you in the right direction. In all these motions you are allowed to jump and shoot the objectives that come into your way being ready at the same time to measure your brain with a lot of puns and one-liners while you are engaged in your quest.
The action of the game is satisfying enough, considering that right from the beginning you are provided with a tutorial that guides you through the bases of your moves revealing a strong control system presented in the G-Force game. You don’t have however the options to choose among a variety of weapons, but the way in which you have to face your enemies requires from you skills of strategy. When you are not engaged in a battle against monstrous microwaves, you have to face the solving of a puzzle rendered for instance, by finding ways to open locked doors or to figure out how to hack sophisticated computer equipment.
In the above described parts there is an element that makes the game more fun to be, as it is with controlling your fly pal called Mooch, which is able to fly all over and to penetrate through all kind of things in order to gain some power-ups. The pace of your moves can be slowed down to help you pass through edgy situations, a feature that shows its efficiency also late in the game. If you play G-Force in small parts, it can give you more joyful experience than if you play it for long stretches. Not to mention that the visuals are very well rendered, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 offering good packages with two pairs of 3D glasses that provide a cool reality effect to your jumping and flying.
Even if you consider yourself a veteran in game playing and think that this game doesn’t provide too much fun, you still have to try it and see that the explosive battles and tricky puzzles offer enough satisfaction to see G-Force as a new experience in the game fields.
