In the game you will have to use the mouse to play. Left click on an item to use it. Click on the arrow keys to move between rooms. Make sure you fulfill every demand the baby makes to finish the game successfully. Click on the Done button once the baby is happy. The child will have different looks, and each one will mean something. When he makes an angry red face, it means that he is distressed. When he cries and move his hands, it means that he is hungry. When he looks quite sad and he blushes, it means that he needs the nappies changed. And when he closes his eyes and puts his hand near an eye it means that he is sleepy.

So be sure to move around the house and search for items. If you forget what you need, click on the help button placed on the left corner bottom of the screen. As such you will receive different tasks and you will have to search for the objects you need, taking them back to the baby. The baby will cry and make a lot of noise all the time, and this can be really annoying. But luckily you can turn off the sound of the game. Or you can leave it on, so the game will be more realistic so that you can get used with the sound of a real baby :).
