Halo 3 News
Still playing Halo 3? Noooo!?! How is that possible? Well, since the game was released back in late September, 2007, it is possible that some of you got tired of it, although there was plenty of additional content released in the meantime. Anyway, if your Halo 3 copy is lying around covered with dust, you should grab it and put it into action as soon as possible! Why? Good question, and here's a good answer to that: today is Bungie Day 2008, and to show its appreciation for the fans, the company behind Halo 3 released a free map for Halo 3, together with some additional free items, all available in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, of course.

The best selling video game of 2007 in the US, Halo 3, just got a new multiplayer map – Cold Storage, which is basically a recreation of the Halo: Combat Evolved classic map, "Chill Out." Even more, if you hurry up, you can download seven free gamerpics and a theme, but these are only available today.
Available for all Xbox LIVE regions, the Halo 3 Cold Storage map is accompanied by the Bungie Day '08 theme, and those seven gamerpics I just mentioned.
Well... this is it, I guess. Hurry up and grab those Halo 3 discs, fire up the game, and celebrate the 2008 Bungie Day properly!
