Hot Coffee Might Bring you Cash
That’s what was published on the GTA Class Action Settlement website, where is displayed information regarding the involvement of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas First Edition stating that each customer who purchased a copy of the game and can prove it, will receive a replacement disc or cash.
As you have heard, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas First Edition which was produced in 2005, contains sequences easy modifiable to display sexual scenes, fact that was referred to as Hot Coffee.
Plaitiff consider that the video game should have been rated as Adults Only and sold as Mature and as the defendants neglected this problem they misled customers.
The defendants are denying each of the allegations.
The settlement is a proposal.
