In this article I am going to help you learn how to play one player card games. One player card games can be fun because they can help you get over boredom. Even if you play alone you should know that you will not win most of the times, and this is very exciting because you will want to get better and better in order to win more and more games. All the one player card games are called Solitaire since solitaire basically means one person. In what follows I am going to give you the names of some card games which I consider to be excellent to play when you are alone.

One of the most popular one player card games is called Klondike. This game is played worldwide and this is the game that you most likely call Solitaire. It is present on most of the computers and on various internet websites as well. The aim of the game is to start with the Ace card and make our piles in an increasing order. The entire deck of 52 cards will be used for this game. The cards are dealt in seven stacks: the first one has a single card, the second one two cards, and so on, the final stack having seven cards.

Each stack has one card faced up and the objective is to move all the cards from the game into the correct piles. You can move a card from a stack on a stack that’s faced up card is of higher value and of a different suit. For example you can move the 10 of spades on a Jack of diamonds but not on a Jack of spades or on a 9 of diamonds. A King can be used to fill an empty space. The cards which are built on the Aces must be of the same suit. Each column will have an Ace of a different suit which means that each column will be of a single suit.

Another popular solitaire game is called Baker's Dozen and this game also requires the entire deck in order to play. The target of this game is different though, as you have to build the four suites in different piles. You will have to split the cards into thirteen columns. The Aces are the foundation as in regular Solitaire. You can play only the cards which are from the same suit as the one of the Aces. You have to play only the cards which are totally uncovered and you are not allowed to remove card played on the foundation. A column which gets empty will remain empty which means that you can’t fill it like in regular Solitaire. I hope I managed to help you learn how to play one player card games.
