It should be noted that this sim is designed to be in continuous open ended development. In order to play the game, you must have an internet hookup, but I suppose if you are reading this you already do. When you fire up the game, you connect to the master server, which automatically scans your install, and downloads any new patches. Once there, you can play alone or on line with and against real pilots and AI pilots.

There are now 4 flyable aircraft, and additional aircraft will be available for purchase for about $7.50 US as they are finished and tested.

You don't need a bleeding edge system to run this, but If you haven't upgraded in the last year or so, you will probably need to to play this game. It ran on my P4 dual core, but not as well as I needed to enjoy it. Yuo need at least a Core2 duo, pereferably a quad core, and a vid card with a meg of ram.

I figure by Christmas the new OS will be out, ROF will be past it's teething problems, and I will have saved enough for an upgrade.
