The Fallout Trial
Despite its minor issues, Fallout is a great game. Obviously, I am talking about the last game in the series, although some hardcore Fallout fans claim this is the weakest link of the chain. Well, you can't please everyone these days, that's no secret, but what about the Fallout MMO that should be developed by Interplay?

Yupp, you got that right, but it seems we're talking about a war of rumors here. How's that? Well, rumor number 1 is that Interplay is developing a Fallout MMO, and rumor number 2, that Bethesda is going to sue them. Why? As a natural consequence of rumor number 1, of course!
The idea was that Bethesda should have started work on the MMO on the 4th of April, but that didn't happen. Even more, Interplay should have secured some funding for the game, and that didn't happen, either.
As soon as Bethesda decides to file for a lawsuit, Interplay will lose more than just the rights to the Fallout MMO - its image as a company will surely be damaged, and securing new contracts will become harder than before.
The bad news is that, no matter who wins, if a trial is going to start, the gamers waiting for the Fallout MMO to come out will surely lose.
